How to adjust back to back boat seats?

I have one back to back lounge seat in my boat, I can't figure out how to lay it down flat. I can get it to move forward and back a few inches but thats about it. If you can explain in detail I would appreciate it.
Boat is a sea-swirl, didn't notice

There are two types of back to back seats. The most common is the style with a "Twist" knob. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to loosen the lockdown, and the seats will fall flat. The other style has a lever. This lever is usually under the "Forward"
