that discountservices/labor for 3 services (one will be oil change) so I can have 2 more services done. I am ignorant of costs & necessity of service so don't want to make bad choice or be taken advantage of (perhaps I'd do better going somewhere
It's difficult to tell if you actually need rotors without examining the brakes. If you're just hearing an occasional noise when braking, it may be just that the pads are down to the wear bars, and that's what they're supposed to do. At the very least,
