How easy is it to fix an electrical failure in your car's power windows?

My car's [pwer windows are jacked up for some reason (primarily the front two - driver and passenger). Sometimes they'll work, and then a lot of times, the passenger window will not respond what=so-ever. Then sometimes, it will respond, except it won't
Hey don't make it difficult, a bad window switch, or motor. Very care fully take the inside door panel off. if you know what you are doing, jump the window switch, if every thing work right re place the window switch, if not then the window motor is going
